Two more days to go and then Santiago will be released to the world. 馃帀馃帀 Can you believe it?
After such a long journey, the end is so close and it will lead to a new beginning for this book. I’m looking forward to seeing how far it will go.
In this publication week, I had the pleasure of chatting with my critique partner and friend, Cynthia MacKey, and she published the interview in her blog. This is very special for me because Cynthia got to give me a critique on this manuscript before it was acquired, so in a very unique way, she’s been part of Santiago’s journey as well as mine. 馃
I hope you enjoy reading more about me and the book in this blogpost. We talked about my inspiration for the story, its path to publication, what challenges me as a writer and some tips for writers beginning their own journeys. I invite you to check out other posts by Cynthia, because she has interesting interviews with many other authors.
It was a real pleasure to have Santiago’s Dinosaurios featured on Kid Lit Village blog. I hope you like reading.
